From the efficient check in , the staff were very friendly, and helpful. Loved our stay, the view from our room over the marina bay sands was absolutely amazing. SKAI bar view also worth the visit. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel with very nice and well equipped rooms. Very convenient location and excellent views of Marina Bay. Very good breakfast options.

Good sized room, wide selection of food options for breakfast and dinner. Level 65 lounge was a great addition completely worth it for the happy hour in the evening and a quite but good breakfast option

The staff are friendly. We arrived at the hotel at 8.30am to leave our luggage as we knew that check in was not until 3pm, however, lucky us the room was available and we checked in straight away and went to the room. It was a blessing for us after the overnight flight so we could freshen up and start our holiday☺️. My son enjoyed the swimming pool and wants to come back😄

Excellent option for travellers who want to be close to it all!! We had a great experience and loved the breakfast each day as well. The club lounge was so worth it with friendly staff and an epic view from the top of the building. Would highly recommend the Skaii restaurant for dinner.

The hotel is connected to Raffles City Mall which is excellent and a good mall to shop and to dine. Highly recommend to stay here.

The premium king plus room was facing Marina Bay and it was very spacious. Everything was well provided. Especially love the check in process which was smooth abd welcoming. Highly recommend!
