Staff is unhappy so can't deliver customer service properly. i.e. not helpful and unfriendly. Room is really too bare minimum for the price they are charging. No handsoap, no shampoo, toilet paper very small pieces given, no counter top in washroom, table too small to put even your cosmetic bag, small closet, strong detergent or chlorine smell, air conditioner is centralized and it is either too cold or too hot. I would not recommend.

Regret for choosing this hotel. Got deceived by seeing the picture. Rooms are small. Toilet is very small. Faucets weren't working properly. Even after repeated complaints they did not bother to fix the faucet. I will definitely not stay in this hotel again.

You get what you’re paying for and it’s pretty good value for a long stay. Singapore is expensive and this hotel is a value. Bed and room are clean and location is good

Too damp and warm

The toilet was very small with no shower partition- the toilet/WC is all wet when showering. The wash basin is crack lines- dangerous to use. Appears to have no ventilation, so the room becomes very warm/ damp after shower. The AC is too warm even turned down in temp. The corridor is even cooler than the room. The room walls have severe paint peels n sign of dampness. Room size is too small to even put the luggage bag without affecting walkway

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms in need of decoration. Not enough sunbeds around the pool. Breakfast not actually served in the hotel, it's actually in a separate cafe/bar outside on a noisy main road. Handy for public transport
