"Good location, in a quiet neighbourhood but close enough to shops, restaurants and the train station. Staff are great, friendly and helpful. Level of spoken English is also very good."

"Check in was self service and difficult- 2 rooms with one email not allowed even though they took a payment from me. No air conditioning, door to outside alley not safe to leave open to sleep. Could smell smoke from smoking guests. On small fan after 3 calls. Left in 2 hours and refusing to refund ..."

"The view over the water is so beautiful it was like a fairytale. Staff was very helpful and excellent communication. Not much to really do in Singen itself but it is so close to Lake Constance where there are many activities."
