"Generally, a very nice hotel, with great oceanfront location, except there are touches that do not meet the standard, given the hotel rating and pricing. The most disappointing issue was the on-site restaurant service at Tula. We had a miserable lunch service where the food and drink order was over an hour wait. Then we had breakfast the next day, and it took almost 2 hours to be served, as they mishandled our orders and had to restart the orders. The food was just OK. Also, room service breakfast order came late, and the order was incorrect. We had to go down to the lobby to correct the order as no one was answering the phone. On the positive side, service at the garden bar, Taaza, was great; specifically, Feby and Nathan provided excellent service. Also, at AYRE, the service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Shout out to our server Troy, who was knowledgeable and fantastic. Also, in the middle of brunch hour, there were at least 6 people standing around the lobby and restaurant entrance, cleaning the floors and disrupting the flow for no obvious reason. Overall, the property was very nice, but the service really needs improvement. "

"Wish we could have stayed longer! Our ocean view room was perfect for our needs, and we so appreciated a dog-friendly property. Whitney at check-in was helpful and so kind. (And we had a great check-out too!) The entire property is staffed with friendly people."

"Very nice place to get away for a few days. Property was clean and had many great amenitie. Steps away from the beach and restaurants. We had a few questions about our stay while we were there and the host responded immediately. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The room was not as pictured and it smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, despite being listed as a nonsmoking room. We stayed at a different place for our trip but were unable to reach the property manager and were denied a refund. The apartment was not as described and we did not stay, but we have been saddled with the full bill. Do not stay here."

"Severe filth (mold, hair, pests) in shower, unsafe conditions (faulty doors & locks) and misleading photos. Mattress too large for frame. Refrigerator was small and sitting on floor. Made access almost impossible. Bathroom gross: paint peeling and mold in shower. Sink leaked. Charged an additional $100 for hotel fee?? This property should not be listed on Hotels.com"

"Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was very nice! Pool doesn’t seem to get cleaned often they had a broken drain right near shallow area where children walk. Lots of stuff in drains on edge and tile doesn’t look to be cleaned. Ladies running slide were super friendly and made sure kids enjoyed it. Bar by slide pool was great, everything is expensive so be prepared. We will come again! "
