"We weren’t sure where to stay in Sardinia, but we’re so glad we chose Hotel San Teodoro! The hotel was absolutely fantastic. Some of the highlights included an incredible breakfast spread, a stylish onsite bar and restaurant, a beautiful pool area, and convenient shuttle rides to and from town. While the hotel is located about 10 minutes from downtown San Teodoro, the shuttle service (€10 per person, per day) made it easy and hassle-free to get around. Our only real disappointment was the front desk’s recommendation to visit the “hotel’s beach,” which turned out to be extremely crowded—thousands of people packed in—which was a letdown. If you're planning to explore the island, we highly recommend renting a car so you can discover some of the more secluded, less touristy beaches. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return if given the chance! "

"Great location in a small but quaint town. The beach is walking distance, from middle of the resort property to the edge of the water is around 10minutes. The path was pedestrian designated and there are proper crosswalks to go into the beach parking lot...I'd say you can probably walk a toddler and feel safe enough to do so. We rented a car and hopped around a bit to other beaches but found the 'home beach' to be the best. The stretch closest to the resort is sort of smack in the middle, so the peope that stayed in town likely won't walk down that far and it's really close to the beach restaurant/bar. The hotel's pool is great, big enough for everybody. I don't think they were at max capacity, so it wasn't hard to find a lounge chair/umbrella during the day. It was, very nice, with a lifeguard on duty too. We didn't do full board, and only had the breakfast plan, but that itself was very good. About 3 steps above a continental breakfast, different choices of yogurt, eggs/bacon, cold cut, cheese and different types of bread. Sure, they don't have am omlette station or anything like that but the dining room was very well staffed and the food is great. We stayed in a classic/standard double room, it was big enough and the bed was comfortable enough. The suite was right on the garden level, so we have a bit of ant situation going on there... All rooms seems to have outside space and there is a little rack there for you to hang your bathing suits/what nots. "

"This hotel and its staff are all wonderful! Very clean, and nice amenities. The breakfast is top notch! We were overheated and sunburnt one night and they let us borrow their front desk fan even. Very sweet helpful staff. "

"This was one of the best vacations we have ever had in this resort. The beach was one of the best I’ve spent 14 days at, the pool was nice too. The amenities they provided like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion all acqua Parma high end products. I had a spacious room and housekeeping came twice a day and did a great job. I attended a start of summer party which they did very well with everything included, live music, drinks and gourmet food from their restaurant Gusto, it was a great night. Tuesday is pizza night where they have a pizza truck on the premises for 30 euros per individual pizza, fun night. On Wednesday they had Sardo night with traditional local entertainment and typical Sardinian food also a fun evening. The maître d'hôtel would come around in their restaurant and explain the fresh fish available and how it is prepared, one night they prepared for me half lobster with pasta and red sauce for 118 euros. Local Sardinian wines were available and delicious, I pretty much ordered the same one daily for 60 euros. Breakfast was either buffet or order from a menu with eggs made to order or a buffet with everything you can imagine all included with your room. I didn’t have a rental car but if you wanted to experience another restaurant in neighboring towns it was 10 euros per head each way on their shuttle. They have a wonderful bar area with live music daily, I had a grey goose 18 euros with club soda 10 euros extra, my wife had an aperol spritz 23 euro "

"This property is very, very special indeed. The lobby and living room are furnished with lovely and comfortable furniture with several sitting areas in the living room and a charming little bar. The open air restaurant (facing the sea) is picturesque with grape vines that cascade down from the trellis, and drape between the wood posts, to the stone wall that's below table height. This all literally creates a picture perfect frame of the sea. We had breakfast both mornings dinner the first night. Breakfast options were plentiful and very tasty (and included in our rate). The dinner menu was lovely and we enjoyed our food selections and the bottle of wine as well. We arrived around 7pm. We were welcomed by a very pleasant, kind, and soft spoken woman. She completed our check-in and the escorted us to our junior suite on the top floor with a private balcony with french doors facing the sea. The sitting room had two windows; one facing the sea (same as the balcony) and the other facing the coast line. And, that very same woman also took our dinner order. I asked if she were the owner and I got the answer I suspected. Pride of ownership is on display throughout the entire property and the unassuming customer service is perfect for property & the location. Nature abounds at the Hotel Costa Dorado. Everywhere you look you see something beautiful: architecture, design & decor, plantings, butterflies, bumble bees & even turtles. Had I known, we'd still be there!"

"We had a great one night stay at l’aragosta. Massimo greeted us and was super helpful and attentive. It is close to all amenities and has nearby parking."

"Nice hotel, near Cala Brandinchi, it has comfortable cabins well equipped for families, nice staff, specially Cinthia the safeguard, which was really nice with us. Restaurants are nice, 40 min to Olbia and 2 hours to Cala Gonone. The beach hotel is ok, but no so beautiful as other beaches of Sardinia. The good thing is that beach is almost private for hotel guest. Great hotel to go with kids of 4-13 years old"
