Hotel bom e gerente atencioso.

O hotel é muito bom, check-in rápido, quarto grande, área externa muito bonita e agradável. O restaurante é bom, porém tudo muito caro. O café da manhã é bom, mas não tem nada que eu possa dizer que seja delicioso. Meu voo era no final da tarde e era um dia de domingo, então às 08h00 solicitei à recepcionista que estendesse meu checkout para as 13hs, pq assim eu almoçaria as 12hs no restaurante do hotel e as 13hs faria o checkout. Ela disse que não poderia e eu disse que meus amigos foram liberados para fazer isso. Ela disse que então faria com sua supervisão e que me daria um retorno no quarto. Como não tive nenhum retorno às 11h50 fiz o checkout e deixei o hotel. Meu marido teve uma dúvida quanto a tv do quarto e ligou para a recepção. Essa mesma recepcionista disse não saber dar a informação e disse que verificaria e daria um retorno no quarto. Também não o fez, não deu nenhum retorno. Esses foram os pontos negativos. Por outro lado, tivemos um problema na entrega do carro alugado e retornamos no hotel e solicitamos ao gerente se poderíamos deixar o carro e os documentos lá que no dia seguinte alguém iria buscar o carro, o que prontamente ele concordou, o que foi muito gentil da parte dele. Outro fato agradável foi que no dia do meu aniversário encontrei no quarto uma caixinha com bombons e uma linda mensagem de feliz aniversário.

O melhor hotel de Sinop com ctz. Tenho só uma ressalva na estadia, o chuveiro do apto 226 , pouca água, precisa se encostar na parede para tomar um banho. Nunca peguei um chuveiro tão ruim nesse hotel. O restante perfeito.

Bom, mas precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos

Ar condicionado dos dois apartamento que fiquei com minha esposa, em duas ocasiões diferentes, eram velhos e barulhentos. Nosso quarto não tinha cortina na janela (estava quebrada) e entrava luz de fora. Apenas um sabonete disponível para um casal. Paredes áridas, sem nenhum quadro para ornamentar.
