"I chose this place based upon location and particularly the picture that shows a beautiful night view from the property. While our stay was comfortable and the photos of the rooms are accurate there was no view of anything from any of the rooms which amounts to false advertising. It was interesting to note that the properties website does not show the night scene photo or that of the cathedral so I have to wonder why the hotels.com show them?? I posted the photos of our room but good old...

"Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir beim Checkout-Vorgang erst unsere Bewertung abgeben mussten, um die Infos zu erhalten. "Very clean. Easy to find. Excellent communication. Everything that you might need was supplied. Parking was great. We had a bit of an issue with the level of noise from the nearby road - concrete with gaps that meant the whole building trembled a little when lorries passed by. Maybe we were unused to road noise, but we had to take the mattresses into the hallway to sleep the 2nd and 3rd night of our 3-night visit. L'appartement est certes un peu excentré et dans un quartier populaire, mais on est à 25 min à pied du centre et on bénéficie d'une belle tranquillité ! "A large soul less showroom flat. No pictures, no tourist information or maps. Everything was extra including having the rubbish removed.so you had to put your rubbish in public rubbish bins. All the appliances were high tech, instructions would have been very useful. When booking a flat we made sure there was outside space. There was a nice space but no furniture. It is a sad, because it was a lovely large flat in a good location. People need to understand the meaning of hospitality"
