"The hotel’s location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk from the city center. Its biggest advantage is how clean it is. The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the breakfast was outstanding, but it offered a good variety and was perfectly adequate. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily choose this hotel again."

"Beautiful property in a great location! The historical portion of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We initially ran into a booking issue, but both Expedia and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and resolved it quickly. I was really impressed by how fast and efficient their communication was."

"The room and bathroom were both very small, but perfectly adequate for a one- or two-night stay. Unfortunately, we got the impression that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, as there was rubbish left in the bathroom bin from the previous guests. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our key card stopped working during our stay, and although we had to wait a little while for it to be sorted, the issue was resolved. Decent aircon. Windows can’t be opened. Parking costs 22 eur/night. The view from our room wasn’t the best. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection of food."

"Room was clean, comfy bed but pillows were quite small. Staff were very pleasant and gave lots of advice about our time in Bruges. There was an issue with hot water before we checked out which unfortunately prevented a morning shower, which was a shame, but nothing the hotel could do. Amenities were fantastic, and the hotel was really nicely located."
