"Staff is terrific. Room lacked nothing more than one skinny chair. Heat did not operate. Setting gorgeous. Management at desk were excellent. Bar people excellent. I will return & hope for two chairs in room & heat that actually works. "

"Good clean property, nice owners. One advantage is that the owners are on property so there is no issue with late arrival. Would stay again if in the area. The only suggestion I'd have is to give better instructions on driving to the property, google takes you to a slightly off location. "

"Lawrences Hotel is a charming, well appointed hotel just steps from the center of Sintra. We enjoyed the room and the breakfast. Because of it's age, it has a bit of wear and tear but the overall experience was good. Service, location and overall comfort were excellent."

"Didn’t like bathroom set up. 9 hole golf course was in poor condition! Person in pro shop not very informative. Noisy in room area you other surrounding rooms and hallway"
