  • About this space
    One of House on Phillips biggest qualities is its safe and historic location! Mckennan Park is considered to be one of Sioux Falls most desirable neighborhoods to live located just a ten minute walk from the cities bustling downtown with its amazing restaurants and shopping.
    The space
    It’s a three bedroom home with an open layout! Every bedroom has a Tv with the master on main floor and two guest bedrooms upstairs. Main floor bath is spacious with a jacuzzi and shower head. Second bath is located downstairs and has shower only. Property also has a private backyard with a a new patio!
    Guest access
    Guests have access to the entire property other than the garage!
    Other things to note
    Older houses like mine have steeper stairways and two bedrooms are located upstairs.
    Kitchen faucet is motion activated
    Use side door at check in because that is the door to use with the push key combination.

Amazing place

Start to finish was a great trip. House was more than comfortable for my family of 6. All rooms were cozy and comfortable. Definitely will be using again in the future.

charming bungalow in a great location. Kyle is a great host and was very helpful. The bed in the large bedroom is very comfortable. the basement has mildew smell and may be a problem for people sensitive to this.
