"The place is run down, was afraid to walk on the carpet bare foot. Could not find a remote for tv, went to service desk to get one to find out they had no tv service. It is a cheap rundown crash and go on your way to where you are headed."

"Location and price were good. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. We were there for seven nights and only once was room cleaned. Back and sides of toilet and wall tie under sink was dirty. Exercise room Had no water in cooler entire time and was never cleaned. Three times we had to come back to front desk because swipe card did not work. Main floor rest room near exercise room was out of order entire stay. Menu for breakfast was same every day, and only fruit was unappealing whole small apple. Towels were thread bare and frayed on edges. Don't think we'll stay there again."
"The staff was amazing. They assisted with correcting an issue I made when booking, found something to put our flowers in overnight and gave us a ride to Minerva’s for dinner when it was raining. Extremely friendly and had a great experience"
Baymont by Wyndham Sioux Falls West (67058) Sioux/ Near Airport
2/10 Terrible
"It didn’t feel clean at all. Sheets were see through and stained, tub had some kind of stain too. Breakfast area was not clean at all - tables had not been wiped clean, the staff was not wearing gloves when filling food. I overheard the breakfast staff mentioning she was doing 4 jobs at once - that included the front desk where she handled money for a guest and I didn’t see her wash her hands afterwards while filling items in the breakfast area. We walked out right away after not seeing that simple and what should be automatic task. We had planned to shower there before we left, but glad we didn’t- none of us wanted to set foot in that tub.
I selected the hotel based off of positive online reviews. Now I wonder if staff had been paid to write those rather than you know cleaning. I knew I wasn’t getting a 5 star hotel - but frankly this was the worst hotel stay me and my family have had in the past 10plus years. We probably stay at hotels 20 nights a year. Family friendly? Maybe for the Munster’s. Not for my family.
I won’t stay at any Baymont hotel in the future as a result of this experience. When others ask me, I will tell them to find some place else. Baymont hotels are simply not worth it. And I didn’t get the feeling that the staff cared or maybe they were worried about the next “positive” review they had to write to meet their quota."
"We were very impressed! The room had everything we needed, and it was super clean! Hats off to the housekeeping staff!!
We were very pleased with the breakfast as well. Thank you!"
"Wonderful stay at The Hampton Inn in Sioux Falls, SD! Our young boys enjoyed the pool every day and the breakfast was amazing! Thank you for making us cozy!"
