Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We booked the house two days before arrival, we received a booking confirmation and only the name of the town. After about two hours we found the location through the name of the house. Needless to say, there was no signage with the name of the house. When we arrived, we turned to the neighbor who is also the house's cleaner, and only after she called Michelle, the landlady, did her phone number suddenly appear in Verbo's booking. By the way, we sent two messages to the landlady before we left our house, but she did not answer. We called Michelle and she said that she did not know anything about the booking, but if we paid in advance, she would let us enter the house. After some discussion, she agreed. When we entered, we discovered that the house was dirty and not ready for occupancy. There were old air conditioners in all the rooms, the floor was full of various types of dirt, and a huge amount of dust. The cleaner brought guys to help move everything to one of the children's rooms. I asked her to clean, but the cleaning supplies were closed and she did not have a key. She said she would bring Clorox from her house. In fact, she didn't clean anything, she just tidied up the master bedroom, but the air conditioner didn't work and we moved to the other children's room. I asked the owner to come clean in the morning, but she said she would rather clean at noon after they fixed the air conditioner, but the workers didn't come, and we were left with a filthy house.
