"I cannot rave enough about all the staff here! From front desk concierge, to resturant servers, to housekeeping staff, everyone made me and my children feel so welcome, safe and comfortable. Check in and check out was simple and Keisha at the front desk kindly explained all the details of my stay to me in such an easy, calm and pleasant way. Trellis servers Rea, Stacy and both Justins were all friendly and incredibly polite (also, the manager and a few other staff, whose names I don't remember but who served with such great smiles and upbeat attitude. I love the location of this hotel and like that it is not overhwelmingly "

"I would start by saying the check in process was easy since Wayne the owner lives on the property. He was there on my arrival and was able to show me how everything works. The property has remote control access gates and doors for the convenience of its guest. This really made life easy. Whenever I had a question Wayne was easily accessible by phone or if needs be he would physically come to help. The location is clean quiet, and the surrounding properties are well kept also. Everything you see in the photos are real. The apartment is well furnished and well kept. Beautifull Kitchen, all appliances were available for my comfort, and I must say they were all new, functioning and clean. The bathrooms were modern and fixtures immaculate. My bedroom had a very comfortable bed, and the pillows were out of this world. Whenever I'm going to Trinidad again that's where I'm staying once its available. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who desires a decent place to stay.Thanks Wayne and see you again SOON.Anslem "
