We experienced the beginning of a possible transition in management but Michael handled it with pura vida. And gracias a Dios, everything worked out in our favor. "I loved the serenity. Villa Bonita is private, clean, and has everything you need for a stay on the Osa Peninsula. I was there specifically for birding, and a short drive trook my guide and me to the best hotspots for finding endemic very special Costa Rica species. Great beaches and chocolate tours nearby too. The host commmunicated well by WhatsApp and the neighbors made themselves available for any kind of help. The bed was very comfortable. Thew kitchen has everything I could have needed....

"I made this reservation based on how close it was on a map to my original reservation (which had to be canceled due to storm damage at that location). In my reservation conversation, I asked the host a question about birding guides but received no response. This should have been my first clue that something was hinky. On our way to Costa Rica, our hotel shuttle van crashed, and my husband and I sustained injuries (cuts, bruises, and hematomas, along with cracked ribs). After arriving in Costa...

"This property is amazing, the house is clean and comfortable and has everything you need to have a great stay. The owner Kimberly is great and makes sure you have everything you need while you’re there. Amazing wildlife visits the property daily (monkeys, parrots, all sorts of birds, etc.). "I can’t say enough good things about this property and the hosts. Communication was great. They helped us find a fishing guide, gave us advice on where to eat, and took the time to show us around their beautiful property. It had everything we needed including AC, coffee maker, and a washing machine (among other necessities). The house had one bedroom and two pull-outs ( which were already set up) for our kids in the living room. Towels available for showering and some to take to the beach....

"Beautiful new one bedroom house that is well decorated and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hosts were great and very responsive. The birds and butterflies in the garden were and added bonus. No negatives at all about either the house or the location. It was very convenient to groceries, gas and restaurants."
