"Staff were really nice and helpful. The outside looks old and so does the entrance, however, the rooms are modern and extremely clean. There’s nothing missing! I would definitely come back! Danilo was helpful and welcoming and all the staff were friendly and work hard. Italian Breakfast was amazing !!!!"

"Charming little hotel with amazing views of the mountains and a wonderful breakfast overlooking the valley."

"Moderna e pulita, colazione grandiosa!"

"Such a special location and hotel! Wonderful experience, day trips to other towns were convenient and easy. The daily breakfast was amazing!"

"the hotel was good for a night stay but the room needs some maintenance, specially the bathroom the shower is very small I barely fit thru the glass and needs a overall touch, but the staff was helpful and a quiet room"

"If you enjoy a fabulous view, spotless room which is very atmospheric, A wonderful home-made breakfast provided by Susanna in a delightful dilapidated little village. This one is for you! A unique experience. Thank you. ☺️"

"Ci hanno dato un appartamento intero dotato di tutto ciò che poteva far comodo. Siamo stati veramente bene."

"I booked a suite at this hotel and when I arrived they told me that the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working so they would put me in a regular room. I said the jacuzzi didn’t matter as I booked the suite for the extra space and balcony. They said they couldn’t accommodate as there is no shower in the suite- only the jacuzzi bath. The lady at the front desk told me the room they were putting me in was more expensive than the suite- this was a lie. After getting Expedia involved they repaired...

"Large space room. Good location. Kind staff."

"very convenient, modern place with easy access to cafes, restaurants, right in the middle of town.."

"Everything is very average about this place"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, tidy and updated, with a large bathroom and shower. The staff was very helpful over WhatsApp to make check-in and parking clear and easy to understand. The app used for unlocking the doors worked great. The breakfast included is simple, but perfectly adequate. We were in L’Aquila mostly to hike, so a grabbing a quick coffee and snack before heading out was perfect. Important to note that the property technically doesn’t include its own...

"Todo correcto y se portaron muy bien cin nuestro perro. El desayuno muy bueno"

"Beautiful hotel in the very centre of L'Aquila. Really friendly staff and a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Walking distance to everything. Parking available right outside. Would definitely stay again."

"Chambre relativement spacieuse, salle de bain bien aménagée avec une grande douche. Climatisation. Grand parking. Petit déjeuner assez succinct avec malgré tout l'essentiel. La piscine et la zone alentour mériteraient un coup de remise en état et de l'archer. Le personnel est sympathique et agréable. Situation idéale pour rayonner."

"Based on previous reviews, we must have been unlucky. We booked the hotel for a day trip to Gran Sasso, and we wanted a hotel with a swimming pool, a nice outdoor area, and a restaurant. We were therefore very disappointed to find the outdoor areas messy following a party or wedding. The pool wasn't really a pool, but more like a pond—and on top of that, it was full of insects and grass. As the lady at reception said, it’s not a swimming pool but more like a pond... This should have been clearly...
