"My family and I had an amazing time at the Westin. The service is great, the resort is beautiful, very friendly staff, the pool is simply fantastic! we’d definitely stay here again. "

"The property grounds are nice, spacious and well kept. The beach beautiful. We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back."

"O Flat é excelente, muito bem organizado e limpo, decoração de bom gosto, todos os utensílios que precisamos, incluindo taças para vinho tinto e espumante, e com uma vista muito bonita para dentro do condomínio. Fica dentro de um grande e ótimo condomínio, com um complexo enorme de piscinas e à beira mar. "Our room was really smelly, it smelled like sewage so badly that we had to change rooms (thankfully they accommodated us on that). There was construction on site which made it a noisy environment. The outside vicinity smells as well like swamp. We were disappointed because we were expecting more from the way the property was presented on Expedia. "

"The property itself is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The resort is 10-15min away (by car) from downtown Porto de Galinha where all stores and restaurants are; therefore either you have to have a car, a rental, or use uber. Which is all right, if you are prepared for it… just be aware! The beach around the resort is nice and much less busy then the ones around downtown Porto de Galinhas, which is very pleasant. Overall we loved our stay! "
