The apartment, independent with a wonderful garden, consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, a living room with sofa bed and dining area, and finally the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
The accommodation for your holidays is located on the ground floor, in a residence consisting of a total of 6 apartments, there is also a common terrace with swing seat and outdoor living room. The house is located in Piazza Mercato, in the center of Colombare di Sirmione, just 2km from the castle.

Outside the apartment there is a large terrace where you can eat outside and relax after a long day.
The apartment offers an independent and private stay, both for a short holiday, or for medium or long-term holidays to fully enjoy the wonders of the lake and the surrounding area.
  The residence has a large underground garage, while a large public car park is just 10 meters from the house.
