"Staffs are super friendly and helpful, from the front receptionist, waiters, waitress, and chef. Breakfast has so many selections and the chef offered to make eggs anyway we’d like since we are lactose-intolerance and gluten sensitive. The room is spacious, clean, and super comfortable without A/C where other Dolomites hotels are so hot. We wish we had stayed longer here!"

"Room was simple but quite comfortable. Great hotel nestled in nature. The included breakfast was great. We had dinner here also, which was fantastic. It was nice to have a separate public sitting area to spend time once the kids went to bed. Staff were great!"

"The staff was so helpful when we needed to stash our bags. Breakfast was top notch. Our room was right by the road and a little loud, but if you have one that is not in the front of the hotel it would not be loud."
