"Good value for money and friendly host. I would give it 3.5 stars. The property has a lovely garden and view of the lake but best suits someone with a car as there is a limited bus timetable to and from Varenna and is not suitable for walking. We travelled in October so perhaps there may be better transport options in the summer months. The room had everything we needed but could do with some updating."

"I’m not sure where to start, but I’ll say AMAZING! This house has a great location, and the adjacent terraced gardens were beautiful. Our family spent a lot of time swimming and jumping into the lake from the lowest terrace. The house was nice and well appointed. The host was great with communication, and this house provided an incredible place for our family vacation. Memories for a lifetime!"

"The property and views were wonderful and Mr. Luigi was fantastic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is."

"Die Villa ist genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben; ein schöner großer Garten mit Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie einem traumhafter Blick auf den See vom Balkon des Schlafzimmers. Wir sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist, was problemlos möglich war. Von der Bushaltestelle oder der Fähranlegestelle sind es zu Fuß knapp 15 Minuten. Ein Restaurants und der Strand sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. "

"Such a lovely Villa and a helpful property manager. If you're looking for a unique experience and a beautiful get away then this is your place! Amazing view of Bellagio just across the water on Lago Como. Downtown Varenna is just a short 10 minute drive from the Villa but it feels remote and with the Villa being right on the waterfront, the sounds of the water lapping on the rocks below can lull you to sleep at night. I would recommend this property to anyone who has a small to medium sized...

"Our room overlooks the mountains, but the view you can admire from the terrace is truly fantastic.We went to visit the nearby castle and it was truly fantastic to walk through the woods to reach it.We will definitely return in the summer to do some excursions on the lake.A greeting to the hosts who have always been available and kind.See you soonMarco"

"We were given a free extended check out on our return flight being rescheduled to a later time. Special mention to reception, breakfast and room cleaning staff and in particular to Deshan who gave us a lot of help and advice re venues for restaurants, shopping and train services for travel to Verona. "Property is super close to the Milan Linate airport. Real clean. Staff speaks pretty good English. A little spendy, but the convenience is great. There is plenty of protected parking. Easy in and out. The rooms are nice. The breakfast not extravagant, but is very good. There is a small fitness center on premises. We were renting motorcycles at nearby HP Motorrad - so it’s perfect for that. The neighborhood is not great and it’s far from downtown (8KM and about 25 min in a taxi), but perfect near this airport and the moto shop. "
