Your family's comfort is our priority in this cozy retreat. Bedroom 1, located downstairs, features a luxurious Queen memory foam bed, offering a peaceful haven with easy access to a full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find Bedroom 2 with another Queen memory foam bed for restful nights. Bedroom 3 offers a delightful layout with three Single beds, perfect for accommodating up to three additional people. This thoughtfully designed layout ensures everyone has their own space while fostering quality family time. It’s an ideal setup for making unforgettable memories together!

SUNROOM
Step into our inviting sunroom, where comfort meets style! With a plush sofa and ample seating, it’s the perfect space for family gatherings or a cozy movie night. Enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV, or simply relax and soak in the natural light streaming through the windows. This sunroom is designed to be a warm, welcoming retreat for the whole family, whether you're unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quality time together.

The backyard is a true oasis, featuring a cozy firepit where you can gather for storytelling and s'mores under the stars. Just steps away, the back patio boasts a relaxing hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. Fire up the outdoor grill for family cookouts and enjoy al fresco dining in this serene setting. With ample outdoor space, your family can create unforgettable memories while basking in nature's beauty!

★ HOUSE RULES & OTHER POLICIES ★

PETS
We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs to join your stay! There is a $100 fee per dog. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your pets, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.

PARKING
This property features a spacious driveway that comfortably accommodates up to 4 cars or trucks, ensuring your family has plenty of parking options. Please remember to keep the grass pristine by parking only on the driveway. If you're bringing along your boat, there's also ample room for a trailer, making it easy for your family to enjoy days on the water. We also just installed an EV charger in the garage for guests to use, so you can charge your electric vehicle conveniently during your stay. With these convenient parking options, you can focus on making lasting memories without the worry of where to park!

SECURITY FEATURES
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests, we have several security features in place, including multiple locks, loud audible alarms that are easy to activate, and an exterior security camera. These measures are designed to enhance security and provide a worry-free stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This home is in a residential neighborhood. The neighborhood and backyard are perfect for grilling out, enjoying a fire, and laughing with your friends and family. Please respect our friends and neighbors and avoid loud, large parties. Please treat the neighbors like you live there.

SECURE PAYMENT & GUEST VERIFICATION
We’re committed to providing a smooth, secure, and trusted experience for all of our guests. To help ensure that, we require a quick verification process after booking. This includes signing a rental agreement and uploading a valid photo ID through our secure guest portal.

If the person booking is not the cardholder, we may also request a brief credit card authorization form and a selfie for confirmation. These simple steps help protect your reservation, prevent fraud, and ensure your funds are safe.

We do this to create a safe, respectful environment - for you and for all future guests. It’s a straightforward process, and it helps us continue hosting the kind of great people this home was designed for.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect. We're always available to promptly address any concerns, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time in our home.
