"The rooms are like a Motel 6. Crickets in bathroom. Stains on linens. The pool was very dirty with trash in it. Disappointed, but our fault for booking. Motel 6 would have been cheaper and same experience. (Although We never stay there) and will pay the extra to stay somewhere where we can at least swim in the pool. 👎👎"

"The town of Comfort has great small town vibes taking a person’s memory back to simpler times. We celebrated July 4th here and Hotel Giles was the perfect place to be. The hotel is close to a few eating establishments and very walkable to them. This hotel is clean and historic with very unique rooms. There is a cool courtyard for guests to enjoy. "This place is beautiful. We were checking in late, after their front desk closed, and they made sure we can enter the room and have a VIP experience. The resort is beautiful. Stunning nature, lovely pool, everything was clean. Very comfortable beds and soft linens. High end toiletries. We will visit again."
