This is a four Bedroom House with 2.5 Baths located just off the 15th tee on the Big Meadow Golf Course. The home has been recently remolded with upgrades throughout the house including new cabinets, carpet, flooring, bathrooms and a complete redesigned kitchen.

The house is nestled in the trees for filtered sunlight views of the 15th green, and fairway frontage. The filtered sunlight keeps the house cool during the hottest summer days. There is abundance of wildlife viewing from multiple deck and outdoor living spaces; of a variety of bird types and family of deer grazing close in the dawn and dusk hours of the day.

The house is well appointed and has all the comforts of a home as many of the reviews will attest to. The layout of the house is a open great room which lends itself well to large family gatherings. The beds are comprised of a King Bed in a Ground Floor Master, two queen size beds in their own private bedrooms with chests and dressers. One of the queen bedrooms is very spacious allowing for another sleep pad, or multiple cribs, there is a bunk room with 4 twin beds comfortable enough for grown men!! (This is for all those golfers out there). There is a double bed as well in the bunk room as well. The plus to this is the house can sleep 10-12 without having anyone sleeping in the living area!

The kitchen is fully stocked and has most any equipment, spices and staples needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Additionally, your meals may be served in style with place settings and seating for 12 people. In addition, there is a gas grill for quick Barbecues and outside patio furniture for dining.

The Washer & Dryer are brand new front loaders are located in a large well-lit full sized laundry room with ample hooks for damp pool towels or wet ski clothes! Doing laundry during your stay is breeze and nothing beats unpacking clean clothes on your return home!!

The house has multiple decks for relaxing, reading, dining or wildlife watching. A guest favorite feature is the fire pit patio, a place for your party to gather in the evenings with blankets and cozy up around the fire as you reminisce the days adventures.

For the sports fans in the group there is a large 70' flat screen LED- SMART TV in the great room, which allows access to Netflix, and Amazon for streaming your favorite movies and shows. In addition, there is a TV dedicated to gaming with a Wi on location a great past time for the kids or young at heart!

The location is simply the best with quick access to bike paths and great running loops. The house is within walking distance of the Paulina Pool (Beach Towels are provided). The location is on a cul-de-sac with a longer driveway and a large turn around area, which allows for small children to ride their bikes independently. The cul-de-sac is also a very quiet and private location on the ranch, without traffic from Hawks Beard.
