"We booked this property over a year ago, and throughout the year we had questions that came up about our stay. No matter what time of day the message was aent, we had a swift response within 20 minutes each and every time. The entire staff was friendly, helpful as well as the property being extremely clean."
"A cherished favourite, especially for our 15th wedding anniversary
We've been returning to this hotel for years, and it has never once disappointed us. The staff are consistently warm and attentive, breakfast is generous and delicious, and the pool area and amenities are beautifully maintained. The air conditioning is excellent — a real blessing in warmer months. This visit was especially special, as we were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary, and the hotel kindly surprised us with a bottle of cava to mark the occasion — a lovely touch that reflects the genuine care this team brings to guest experience.
One small suggestion: I noticed the artificial turf around the pool, presumably installed during Spain's drought period. While I understand the water-saving intent, it gets uncomfortably hot underfoot when stepping out of the pool, retaining heat in a way real grass doesn't. It also feels slightly at odds with the hotel's elegant grounds, particularly the beautiful olive tree in the garden.
Given the hotel's calibre, a return to natural grass — perhaps paired with drought-resistant landscaping — might be worth considering for both comfort and sustainability. A small detail, but one that would elevate an already wonderful experience.
We look forward to celebrating many more anniversaries here."
"We had an amazing stay at Aparthotel Mediterráneo Sitges and would absolutely come back. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The lobby was clean and welcoming, and check-in was quick, friendly, and efficient.
Our one-bedroom apartment felt more like a suite than a hotel room. It was spacious, bright, and thoughtfully laid out with a separate living room, bedroom - and a kitchen/dining area. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower and double sinks, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The highlight was the incredible terrace. Waking up to panoramic views of the sea, the pools, and Sitges made every morning special. The two beautiful pools were a huge hit with our family, especially the kids. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, replacing towels and restocking supplies every day.
Another bonus was Federal Café downstairs, where we enjoyed several excellent breakfasts and brunches.
The location couldn't have been better. It's directly across from the beach, steps from the Old Town, restaurants, shops, a great gelato spot, and a playground.
Considering the accommodations, service, amenities, views, and unbeatable location, this was an outstanding value. We genuinely loved every aspect of our stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sitges."
"The staff are so friendly and pleasant. The room was absolutely spotless and very nicely appointed. Each room gives a feel of a separate apartment and privacy and the balcony was so pretty! You are only a few blocks from the beach and as many restaurants and bars as you could need or want. Wonderful experience. Walkable from the train station but also a short taxi ride if you prefer. Highly recommend."
"Clean, basic apartment with well stocked kitchen. Good location with a short walk to the beach. No parking on site but we never had to walk further than 100m from street parking to the apartment. For the price, I consider it to be a good deal at the height of the season."
