Fantastic and spacious apartment in the heart of Sitges, with a communal pool , just a step away from the beach and the pedestrian centre with all the shops and restaurants. It has a private parking space for an additional fee of €10/day, upon reservation and subject to availability.

This wonderful duplex is located in a building with an elevator that has a communal pool and large spaces for the little ones to enjoy the outdoors.

On the first floor we find the spacious and bright living room with access to the sunny terrace, from where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets in good company.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher...), a full bathroom, a laundry room and 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 3 single beds, with its private balcony, and a third bedroom with a double bed.

Going up to the second floor via the stairs from the living room, we reach a rest area or open living room that gives access to the suite with a double bed and a full bathroom connected to the bedroom.

It is an ideal place for family groups where they can enjoy a fantastic holiday in the centre of Sitges, but from the tranquillity of this spacious apartment.

The building has an elevator. There is a small parking space in the same building for an additional charge of €10/day.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
