Liked: Check-in, communication
Stunning buildng and very roomy apartment. View and location were the highlight. Otherwise for the price its a slightly tired apartment in need at the minimum some repairs and regroutong of shower etc? But ideally to match potential and price - new bathrooms and kitchen. Furniture was also cheap and worn, with a sheet thrown over the sofa to discard that it was cream with stains. Communal areas were also not great - not cleaned before we arrived or in the week we were there - also bad light switch positioning and self switch off timings meant we were often trying to exit for the last flight of stairs in darkness. Also for a HMO equivalent dont know if it had a wired fire system and certainly no emergency lighting. Summary - could be amazing but otherwise would not recommend at the moment at the price we paid £1450 for the week for 2.
