Great location and comfort in a budget hotel.

I would stay here again. Large comfortable room in the center of all the fun things Sitges has to offer. The kitchen with refrigerator was a nice bonus. I very much enjoyed the blackout shades. The room is very much inline with a low-end budget hotel.. but it feels like you get a lot more for your money. Also, the service from the staff was top-notch. (Especially considering that the rooms were not all on the same street.)

En el ultimo dia de mi estancia, me encontré con el servicio de limpieza al salir de la habitación. El servicio fue extremadamente indelicado, se me ha faltado al respeto y casi me que echan de la habitación a patadas. Recibí comentarios totalmente desagradables del servicio, me sentí totalmente ofendido, se me ha negado recibir una hoja de reclamaciones. A pesar de que el alojamiento nos ha parecido correcto y en recepción no tuvimos ningún problema. El hecho de que te echen de un hotel con mal humor e ignorancia no dá una buena impresión. Encima se me ha pedido limpiar la habitación y bajar la basura Llevaré la queja adelante en redes sociales y formalmente.

We had apartment with patio "Oasis II". None of the pictures in the listing were the apartment we got, though the interiors were comparable, the patio wasn't. The apartment was ground floor. Apartment is quirkily laid out - entrance door is directly into the bedroom, with bathroom as ensuite. You exit into a small internal patio (big enough only to walk thru + drying of clothes), to access the lounge/kitchen area and a bigger patio to sit out on. Only TV is on the wall above the bathroom door in the bedroom. Overall it was serviceable for our needs, but we probably wouldn't use it again. + Airconditioning works really well. - Service was minimal. Our towels were changed once on day 3 out of 9, the apartment wasn't cleaned at all during our stay (assumed they'd do a once over around day 5), and we had to seek out the building manager and ask for more toilet roll when we used up the 2 we were supplied with. No beach towels were provided. + The beds were comfy and the shower was good. + Lots of bench & mirror space in bathroom - the only mirror though. + Location is brilliant - next to the Museu Romantic and surprisingly quiet. - Patio is surrounded by high walls, the only sun you get is at midday and makes the patio an oven. No cushions for the seating, but a parasol is provided. + Having a fridge was a bonus for cold drinks. We didn't cook in the kitchen, kitchen also has dishwasher - Laundry facilities are shared in basement + Clothes drying rack provided

juste Parfait

Sitges apartment est super bien situé, proche de la plage, et de toute les activités qu'il puisse y avoir. L'appartement est parfait, spacieux propre et très confortable. la cuisine est bien équipé,la salle de bain est nickel,la chambre très propre grand placard,le salon est parfait deux grand canapé très confortable. la terrasse est super, le soleil dès le matin au petit déjeuner c'est juste magnifique. Les lits sont super confortable rien à redire. La luminosités des pièces est parfaite.La qualité du service est nickel. Le quartier est super calme, et pourtant on est entouré de restaurants de bars de discothèques ect... Cet établissement mérite d'être connu et de prospérer. Je reviendrai ça c'est sûre. J'ai adopté cette magnifique ville. Merci beaucoup.

Great location, right by the beach.Reasonable rates. front rooms are a bit noisy due to foot traffic. More noise in the hallway from the neighbors, quite late the first night and not quite as late as the 2nd night. The halls have stone floors and the noise echos. Other than that, great. Front desk personal was very pleasant. I would stay there again.

Cons: 1.difficult to find, taxi dropped us around the back of the building. 2. When contacting for directions was told by the man at the front desk that didn’t see us outside and then hung up. We had to ask locals who provided the directions for us. 3. Upon Arrival we didnt realize we had to lug our luggage to a different location. No assistance was offered, just a map. 4. Overall, the front desk man upon check in was very unhelpful. Never took the time to explain any amenities, including breakfast, which was included with our fee but not available when we went the following morning. 5 Upon arrival trashcan was full and bedsheets were dirty. 6. Shower did not drain and flooded the entire bedroom. 7. Pictures on site are not of the actual room. Pros: 1. Roof over your head 2. Location. 3. By the beach 4. locals were friendly 5. Great restaurants

Sitges Aparment review

i was expecting the room to be cleaned but as i was in an apartment not a hotel room they dont get cleaned whilst im there. i then asked for new towels but they were 7 Euros for a set of 3 which i thought was a bit silly as i could have pinched one from the cleaners trolley. i was pleased it had a safe however for some reason it wouldnt let me open it after a few successful entries and exits .i was sure was using the correct 4 digit code as its the one i use for my Amex which i know backwards. thankfully the staff were able to open it for me and there was no charge or fuss. relieved as it had my passport and cards. overall a nice apartment room with kitchen and separate shower/wc with friendly staff.

Great time at Sitges

The place was really pleasant and very well located, just a few feet from downtown, the only two bad things we found about this place were the towels, because we found little stains and the A/C didn't work the whole stay, but the staff made they best to make our stay and experience better.

Vi havde reserveret et ophold, hvor vi forventede en pool, en møbleret balkon med udsigt over byen og køkken med tilhørende køkkengrej. - Der var ingen pool - ingen balkon og meget sparsomt køkkengrej, som vi selv måtte supplere op. - Da vi gjorde opmærksom på disse mangler, var svaret, at hotellet ikke var ansvarlig for, hvad der stod i reservationen og at vi burde vide, at der ingen pool var, når vi ville bo i bymidten samt at en balkon ikke var et sted, man kunne opholde sig og hvor der ikke var plads til møbler. Der var heller ikke mulighed for at få et andet værelse mod betaling af differencepris. - Så vi levede en uge på et hummer, hvor der kun kunne åbnes et enkelt vindue ud mod en baggård, hvilket vi var absolut utilfredse med. - Vi opfatter udbud af lejligheden som falsk varebetegnelse, altså når man sælger en vare, som giver sig ud for at være noget andet, end den er og kan absolut ikke anbefale dette hotel.

Sitges apartment luxury flat with terass

Sitges apartment is a hotel and an apartment building, separated. My apartment was on Cr St Joseph, a short walk 3 min from the hotel. The check in was wuick and easy, the receptionist showed med the way to the apartment and was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was a large room with twin beds and a quite huge roof terass with table, four chairs and two sun beds. Beautiful bath room with shower (no bath tub). The kitchen utilisation is not matching, mixed plates, cups, glasses and cutleries but still functional and fully useful. It could be better cleaned though (I did not use the micro as it was stained,..). The neighborhood was usually quiet but some noice at night from the corner quick food restaurant however I could sleep well all nights. Great location - 4 min to beach in one direction - 4 min to central train station and airport shuttle service in the other direction. I would stay here again.

Apartamento céntrico, limpio y nuevo.

Tras haber pagado apartamento con terraza, tuvimos que cambiarla por una con balcón (sin lugar para tender la ropa) pagando lo mismo, ya que no especifican en el momento del contrato que la terraza puede ser a patio cerrado. Ir a un pueblo como Sitges para estar en una terraza que dé a un patio y pagar lo mismo que las terrazas hacia la calle, no me parece normal. Sobre los utensilios de cocina echamos en falta una simple batidora y que no haya en cada apartamento una escoba y una fregona. Cuando entramos teníamos una persiana rota. Nos la arreglaron al momento. Limpieza correcta y está ubicado muy cerca de la playa y de todo.

Emplacement idéal en plein centre de Sitges. Appartement bien équipé et spacieux, belle terrasse. Service annexe apprécié : accès à machine à laver le linge. Seul bémol : Notre appartement était au rez de chaussée à proximité la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble (claquement de porte bruyant). C'est la 3ème fois que nous avons loué un appartement avec Sitges apartment, nous reviendrons à Sitges et dans cet hotel avec plaisir.

Great Apartment in Sitges

We stayed for a long weekend at this apartment. The location was great, it's in the centre of town and even though we were on the ground floor there was no noise from all the nearby bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket less than five minutes away to pick up things for breakfast, but otherwise we didn't make use of the kitchen. There are great restaurants nearby and even more down on the seafront. Very friendly staff at the nearby hotel where we picked up the apartment keys.

Séjour négatif au LED HOTEL SITGES

Accueil misérable, froid eu égard aux expériences multiples de séjours équivalents dans cette localité et en Espagne en général. Jamais les mêmes hôtesses qui ne se communiquent pas les consignes élémentaires et les obligations envers la clientèle. Eléments de cuisine de l'appartement basiques. Pas de verre à vin dans l'appartement dans un pays producteur, du jamais vu en 30 ans. 3 verres à eau seulement, même pas de verre à bière. Contestation du contrat de réservation notamment pour les services. Pas d'accès à la terrasse et à la buanderie comme stipulé dans la publicité. Hôtel à déconseiller vivement.

Was happen with the apartment. We did have a issue checking in as it was after 11pm. Which cause problems and we had to pay a fee . even tho they had messed up ! I felt the service from them was poor & only cared about charging my credit card. location was amazing . But some noise late at night few evenings . W had a very pleasent holiday at sitges apartment. It's in the middle of Sitges so you're very close to the beach and shopping. But also it's pretty loud place, people passing by thru the night. Staff was really nice and helpful but only 1 person could speak proper english. overall we liked it.

Beau petit appartement avec terrasse

Le meilleur rapport/qualité prix rencontré à Sitges alors que je viens très souvent même si c'était hors saison. Petit appartement avec un salon/cuisine et une grande terrasse en plein centre ville proche de tous les commerces et lieux de sortie ainsi que de la plage.

Fue todo muy bien, la hab es una pasada, amplia y con todo lo que puedas necesitar para que tu estancia sea la mejor. El personal es super agradable e incluso nos ayudaron con las maletas. un placer haber estado otro año más con vosotros
