The Beach Studio

The Beach Studio is a loft-type studio located in the Aiguadolç area,
with privileged views of La Marina beach and the port of Sitges. It has
a community pool and large gardens.

The apartment has been recently renovated and is located very close to
the beaches and the port's restaurants. You will also find a large
supermarket a few minutes walk from the apartment.

The most spectacular thing is its terrace, where you will enjoy the
views and the calm of the sea. Here you can have breakfast, lunch,
dinner always looking at the sea, and in the hottest hours, you can
take refuge with its awning.

The apartment with capacity for 2 people is located on the first floor
with access by stairs. In about 40 square meters, the living area is
distributed with a comfortable sofa and TV with digital channels.
Behind the sofa there is a folding bed with a very comfortable mattress
so you can rest well during your vacation.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your stay
(refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, utensils...). In the
apartment there is also a closet so you can store your luggage.

In the large bathroom you will find the bathtub, the washing machine,
enough space to leave your things and make this your home for a few
days.

To make your stay even more pleasant, the apartment has air
conditioning and high-speed WiFi.

Arrival information:
* The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid
(1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16
years of age do not pay)
* Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
* For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
* For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:
* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place,
never in the lock.

Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
