Southwest-facing Villa with a stunning 1,800 m2 garden and 500 m2 of living space.

The villa entrance features a foyer providing access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, service area, and stairs leading to the 6 bedrooms on the first floor. A service bedroom is available on the ground floor.

The indoor living room (30m2) and indoor dining room (25m2) create an attractive living area, connected to the outdoors through large glass doors. The exterior porch, with an outdoor living and dining area, mirrors the same surface space.

The villa’s interior boasts contemporary décor following its tasteful renovation two years ago. The owners continue to enjoy their villa when it is not rented out.

The spacious 25m2 kitchen is fully equipped, with a pantry and laundry area for a washer and dryer.

This floor also includes a service area with a single bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, the 6 bedrooms are located, including the master suite with its en-suite bathroom, terraces, two additional en-suite double bedrooms, and two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom.

The mezzanine features a bright, versatile space of 35m2 with its own full bathroom. This large room/work area includes 4 double beds, ideal for younger guests.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, gas heating, interior and exterior security systems, and parking for multiple vehicles (2 or 3) in the villa’s garden/entryway.

Terramar is one of the best areas in Sitges, due to its proximity to the town center, the beach, and the stunning Sitges promenade. This upscale residential area is very peaceful.

The Plaza del Tomate is considered the best part of Terramar.

Important payment and fee details:

Heating/electricity/gas surcharge: €750/month, billed based on actual consumption, applicable for monthly rentals (from 15/04 to 15/10). From 15/10 to 15/04, the surcharge is €1,000/month.

Late check-in (8:00 pm to midnight): €45.

Late check-in (after midnight): €70.

Final cleaning costs:

One-month stay: Two mid-stay cleanings, one at the end of each week, each costing €100. Full final cleaning at the end of the month, costing €350.
Services: A Check-in Manager will assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.

HOW TO BOOK: We recommend sending an inquiry to our agency, as we manage several villas. "Submit a question to the real estate professional," and we will advise you on the most suitable villa for your needs. Then, you can safely proceed with booking through "Book Now." We suggest booking stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 3 to 7 days. If you wish to book a week overlapping other days, feel free to consult us for rates and availability.

OFF-SEASON/LONG STAYS: Enjoy shorter stays off-season too: Sitges, with its microclimate, usually offers temperatures of 20-22º at midday from November to March. With its southwest orientation and being sunny all day, Villa El Olivo is perfect for 3, 4, or 5-day getaways from November to March. The rates are very reasonable during these periods.

Important booking details:

Payment methods: We accept credit card payments (with a 3% surcharge) or bank transfers (no additional fees).

Cleaning costs:

Stays up to one week: Final cleaning fee of €400.

Two-week stays: Mid-stay cleaning (2 hours, 2 people) halfway through the stay for €100. Final cleaning fee at the end of the stay.

Three-week stays: Two mid-stay cleanings (one halfway through the first week and another halfway through the second week), each for €80. Final cleaning at the end of the third week for €400.

Tourist tax: €1 per adult per day during the first 7 days (for guests over 18 years).

Low-season surcharges (October to April):

One-month stay: €800 per month for water, electricity, and gas charges based on actual consumption.
Late check-in:
8:00 pm to midnight: €45.
After midnight: €70.
Sundays or holidays: €50.
Security deposit: €2,000.
