White Penthouse
The White Penthouse is located in the heart of Sitges, just steps from the seafront promenade and its beaches. In less than a minute, you can be enjoying a stroll along the beach or a swim in the sea.
It is an apartment that was recently renovated so that our guests can enjoy a perfect vacation.
It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, the kitchen integrated into the living room and a bright terrace equipped to enjoy at all times.
Enjoying a bright apartment with large windows that let the fresh evening air flow in from your private terrace seems like a dream.
The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and sun loungers for sunbathing, having breakfast while watching people stroll along Sin Street, or enjoying a candlelit dinner. It also has an electric awning.
The terrace floor is made of artificial grass, which gives a pleasant feeling and warmth to the environment.
The kitchen is open-plan, American-style, and equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, electric kettle, and washing machine. It has a bar with stools, perfect for enjoying a quick meal.
The bright living room features a sofa, flat screen TV, wifi, air conditioning and heating.
The double room has a 1.50 x 2 meter double bed, large wardrobes, and a window with a blind to ensure a good night's sleep, as well as access to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower.
The building has 3 floors and the apartment is on the third floor without an elevator.
Primero de Mayo Street is a lively pedestrian street. Its bars, restaurants, and shops make it the most vibrant street in town. Keep in mind that the bars close after midnight and there may be music playing until late.
If you like to go out for dinner and then have a drink (or two), you'll appreciate the location; you can get anywhere in 2 minutes.
Both the living room and bedroom windows are soundproofed to keep out annoying noises if you want to go to bed early.
The apartment has a burglar alarm system, and therefore there are security cameras inside. These cameras can be covered by a small window, providing privacy while inside the apartment.
Although the apartment is soundproofed, it should be noted that bars and restaurants are open until after the early hours of the morning.
Sitges train station is a 10-minute walk away. Supermarkets are within easy walking distance, and the beaches are 50 meters from the apartment, so a car is not necessary.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Pets allowed upon request.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.
Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
