"We stayed on opening night and room has no hot water. But the staff are able to solve the issue quickly. Very detailed service at restaurant. "

"Walked into my room filled with roaches from hallway to bathroom and bedroom. Got room changed and still bugs crawling. No breakast as stated. I was given a box of cereal and choc milk and oj with crackers. Also no receptionist. My key was left at desk with no prior notice they would do so. I had to call and inquire about how to check in. "A lot of things seemed to have seen better days. The children pool had some slides, but the surface was made of some concrete and started to peel off. The handle when walking of to the slides was broken and someone could easily die if they truly held on to it. The pool area in general needs some refurbishment. "

"Property is located in a very good spot in front of the sea. Rooms are spacious and nice. Only negative factor is that if it’s crowed you can hear almost everything. Apart from that the breakfast is served on a box and given to the room which contains a few basic items. Friendly staff."

"5 star vacation at Acrotel Elea beach. The hotel was beautiful and perfectly located with a 5min walk to beautiful, clean Elea beach. Other gorgeous beaches within a few kms. The staff was absolutely amazing, welcoming, helpful and pleasant to be around. THE PERFECT CHOICE."

"Lovely hotel, right on the beach. The breakfast was served under the shade of a tree in a beautiful garden making it really enjoyable atmosphere. The beach was lovely too. Would return again!"

"Great small hotel! Quite, clean with an amazing breakfast which is not expected from a 3 star hotel. The only downside were the prices at the pool bar and the room size. Everything else were fantastic!"
