Gorgeous Place

Lithos Villas was beautiful with breathtaking views of the beach and incredible sunsets. Tatiana was very friendly welcoming us. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Wow! Such a beautiful design! Tatyana - the hostess - was super nice and helpful and Demetrius - owner- too! Nice amenities and easy to get around. Very ‘luxe’!!!

Det var vackrare än på bilderna!! Ett fantastiskt hus med så mycket hjärta. Utsikten fantastisk och hela huset är verkligen genomtänkt. Magisk Solnedgång från uteplatsen. En kort väg ner till stranden och fina vandringsvägar med olivträd precis överallt. Rekommenderar att gå över på ”andra sidan vägen” och ta höger precis innan butiken för fiske. Där finner ni otroligt vacker miljö för längre vandring/löpning. Rekommenderar bil för att ta sig runt till närliggande stränder/byar/mataffär. Tack till ägaren Dimitri med personal för er gästvänlighet. Vi kommer tillbaka!!

Lithos Villas ist eine Oase der Entspannung in Nikiti. 2025 ist erst die zweite Saison. Daher alles neu und quasi unbenutzt. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit erreichbar, super herzlich, kümmern sich um jedes Anliegen sofort und kommen proaktiv auf die Gäste zu. Die Villas sind sehr hochwertig und modern. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der private Pool ist ein Traum. Der Blick und tägliche Sonnenuntergang laden zu abendlich Sit-ins auf der wunderschönen und großzügigen Terrasse ein. Bis zum nächsten Strand, den umliegenden Beach Clubs oder zum Einkaufen sind es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für Familien und Paare sehr gut geeignet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
