Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. "Check-in experience good and room nice and clean, pool area and changing rooms quite tired and not particularly clean in areas. Staff very helpful, and overall a good hotel stay, would stay again. Would just recommend being mindful of pool times as I went on Sunday evening and it was incredibly busy with children jumping in and out of the pool and hot tub all the way up until closing, so unless you are there during the adult-only times, you may have a bit of disruption."
