Sea-facing garden - Large loggia enclosed by removable bay windows with slatted blinds, an outdoor awning, a table and chairs, a parasol, and two deckchairs - Newly renovated fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave/oven, 3-burner induction hob, capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board) - Main room with a double sofa bed (140 cm) and a television - One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a sea view, a closet, mosquito net, and a blind - One bedroom with two single bunk beds (90 cm), a closet, a chest of drawers, mosquito net, and a blind - Bathroom with shower - Separate toilet.

Linens and towels not provided - Mandatory cleaning fee of €38 - Security deposit: €400.

Paid swimming pool: Adults and teenagers aged 13 to 17: €5.20/day - Children aged 6 to 12: €3.20/day (Pool open from June 1st to September 15th) - Paid tennis: €6.50/hour.
