L'equipe d'accueil est au top. Souriantes, agreables, à votre service. Rien à dire! Alors, c'est très eco-responsable de ne pas avoir de clim.. mais en periode de canicule c'est très difficile.. nuits bcp trop chaudes, les ventilateurs ne suffisent pas.. on peut faire courant d'air.. mais bcp trop de bruit de la rue.. poubelles à 4h , traffic routier.. Sinon jolie piscine mais qui ferme trop tôt. 19h quand il fait encore 34° on aimerait bien pouvoir se baigner jusqu'à 22h! L'appart en lui-même très bien.

Stay somewhere else! Communication and ownership is nonexistent at this property. Nor is respect. We were arriving on a Sunday afternoon. NO ONE at the property. Received an email with gate and lock box codes. NO envelope or keys inside. Emailed property and called no response. Waited hours with no response. The Emergency phone number, which we were told about when we left, was written ALL in French. (So if you don't read french or don't have a phone they don't care) The room we got was not fully clean. Squished bug on the wall, streaks on the walls and glass divider in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was disgusting, i doubt it has Ever been cleaned. Half a roll of toilet paper. Dishes left in the dishwasher and a pot was dirty in the drawer under the tv. Spider webs above the patio doors. Shower head/wand was mounted on the wall just above the tap. You have to hold it in your one hand while showering as its aimed at your shins otherwise. Only positive was that there was adequate parking. When checking out we brought our concerns to the front desk lady (after spending 25mins on Expedia chat) to which all she did was make excuses and try to blame others and us (because we don't speak/read French)! Then she had the nerve to say she wouldn't charge us for a late check out! It was 10:50am. Are you kidding me. I usually take most little things with a grain of salt when traveling to other countries but after everything, not a chance. Should be rated at a 5/10 max.

week-end découverte 6 fours

Réservation facile et logistique sans problème. Cet établissement est très bien placé, les logements ont une belle vue sur la piscine et chacun dispose d'une place en sous sol. je suis déçu pour le côté sécurité, les appartements ont une vulgaire clé, je m'attendais à une carte pass ou un clé sécurité au minimum. Le portail a un code pour l'ouvrir mais le portillon restait ouvert et l'accès parking est accessible de l'intérieur sans porte à code. l'appartement était signalé avec un grand lit mais l'emplacement était un recoin sombre dans l'entrée avec une fenêtre donnant sur le couloir extérieur ne pouvant restée ouverte, et le divan ne permet pas d'être transformé en grand lit, point décevant car le salon était sympa avec la vue. Balcon sympa aussi. A noter l'absence de clim, mais il y avait 2 ventilateurs disponibles.

La réception nous a appelé un peu avant notre arrivée afin de caler pour l'enregistrement et c'était bien agréable. Les deux personnes de la réception ont été extra pour leur gentillesse et les infos données. L'appartement était conforme à la description. C'était un peu bruyant du fait de la coursive et de la piscine, mais notre nuit a été extra. Nous reviendrons.

C'était un sejour très court de 1 nuit. Dans l'ensemble tout c'est bien passé l'état general de l'appartement était tres correct seul bemol sur le menage devant la porte d'entrée frigo et micro onde... Perqonnel a l'écoute et agréable.

Parfait et au rapport qualité prix vraiment intére

Franchement pour le secteur le rapport qualité prix est imbattable ! A proximité immédiate de la plage, des petits commerces, du sentier du littoral on peut tout faire à pied ou à vélo tout en ayant le véhicule dans un parking privé sécurisé. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et prévenant et donne toutes les infos nécessaires. L'appartement est très bien aménagé il y a tout ce qu'il faut c'est largement suffisant pour les vacances. Et le grand plus une piscine très agréable, le tout dans un environnement calme. Je reviendrai sans hésiter. Je connais beaucoup le coin et les prix pratiqués et là j'ai trouvé vraiment mon adresse favorite pour les vacances ou les weekend prolongé. Merci encore de l'accueil

The appartment hasn't been cleaned properly. There was dirt under the beds and mold in the filter of the coffee machine. Although we asked to move into another appartment and despited some vacancies we were told that the complex would be fully booked.

Appartement agréable, nous étions au rez-de-chaussée et avions donc petit jardin privatif avec vue sur la piscine. Appartement fonctionnel et propre, même si la terrasse extérieure était un peu encombrée de feuilles. Un sèche-cheveux serait le bienvenu dans la salle de bains, surtout en hiver. Demandé lors de la réservation, mais pas fourni.

Séjour famille de plusieurs jours, on a apprécié l’appartement mais celui-ci n’était pas propre à notre arrivée, beaucoup de cheveux et poils à terre. La réception nous a appelée avant d’arriver mais pas de mails reçu comme indiqué. Impossible de voir quelqu’un de la réception le long du week-end, on ne pouvait donc pas poser de questions. Le cadre est très joli et l’appartement a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour agréable !

J'ai apprécié le calme de la résidence en ce début du mois d'octobre. Le studio est bien équipé mais mériterait un rafraichissement. L'accès au bord de plage se fait facilement en vélo et le parc en face de la résidence était un vrai plus pour mon chien.

Un agréable week-end

Très bon accueil, porche des plages, facile d’accès. La literie est très moyenne et la baignoire un peu dangereuse pour des personnes âgées mais d’une propreté irréprochable. Le site est très beau et notre séjour était bien agréable. Nous y retournerons certainement.
