Following a cancellation, the villa is available from 26/7 to 2/8 with a discount of about 30% compared to the usual rate. Located 350 m from the sandy beach, facing the Embiez Islands in Six-Fours-les-Plages, it is an ideal place for water sports and nature lovers. The 140 m² villa features a bright, spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four comfortable bedrooms, and three modern bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 8 people.



The outdoor lounge area offers a shaded garden seating area and a spa for four people with massage jets and bubbles. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a widescreen TV, six fans, a mobile air conditioner, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. For children, a baby bed and a high chair are available.



The outdoor area is designed for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate with a pool, lush garden, covered terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue, and pizza oven for convivial meals. You are asked to keep the pool clean during your stay, otherwise additional fees may apply. The absence of overlooking neighbors ensures peace and privacy.



The surroundings offer many activities: kitesurfing, sailing, paddleboarding, jet skiing, scuba diving, horse riding, tree climbing, mountain biking, and hiking. Boat trips allow you to explore the coastal landscapes and nearby islands. Three parking spaces are available free of charge.

Nous avons été super bien accueillis par notre hôte. Très disponible et super gentil. Grande villa avec la piscine et le SPA qui sont très appréciables. Le quartier est calme. La plage est accessible à pied ainsi que quelques commerces.Une remarque, un barbecue à gaz ou électrique serait un plus pour remplacer celui à charbon
