"Our flight to Cairo arrived at 6am and we got to the hotel at around 8am hoping to at least leave our luggage until we could check in, but the hotel staff was able to check us in earlier which was very much appreciated. The rooms were well designed and seemed newly renovated, our room had a jacuzzi also. "Hotel is on the 9th floor so it has an excellent rooftop view of the city and away from much of the noise of the city. Always someone on the first floor for security and help with luggage if needed. Very nice and courteous staff members. Hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Downtown area can be hectic but this hotel is the perfect place to relax. "

"It was a nice stay. The room was pretty basic but had what we needed. Bathroom felt old and in need of a bit of a spruce up. If you struggle to sleep in noise then this place is not for you. Downtown Cairo is bustling and busy and you can hear everything from the street. The team were friendly and helpful. "

"Really unsafe place. No hotel but hostel located in the 4th level and the elevator is from 150 years ago with almost no maintenance at all. The below 3 floors look like abandoned. One night we had power cut off for one hour, it was general but we were wondering if this happens to you in the elevator. There is no common area and breakfast is in your room in a small table put in front of your bed. You can listen all the other rooms, toilets and reception."
