Very nice and helpful staff. I realized I had booked the shuttle for the wrong time at 3 am and went down to the desk and the staff changed it for me with a smile. Very clean and comfortable accommodations! "

"Wow a villa right near the airport, but with no airport noise! What an amazing building and beautiful gardens and surrounds. One minute from Malpensa airport meant we could drop a person leaving on a 5am and come back and go back to bed. Breakfast was imcluded and amazing hot and cold selections. The room was very clean and very nice. "

"The hotel was wonderful in that we had 5 people in one room. The shuttle was seemless in giving us a ride from the airport after returning our rental car in the evening and then the next morning to fly out. The free breakfast was excellent. Be aware there is no air conditioning, but having our window open cooled the room well. "
