"Stunning setting for this castle on a moat. We were delighted with our large comfortable room in the castle up on the 2nd floor with a fabulous view across the grounds, gardens and moat. Dinner at the Michelin restaurant was beautifully presented and served, and breakfast was especially excellent and thoughtful.Staff were kind and helpful and always gracious. The gardens were delightful, even in the pouring rain. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"I visit Holbæk about 3-4 times a year and always end up here as it is convenient and never found any other hotels nearby that were free when I planned to come.
The room is very basic and a bit run down. "

"Sweet hosts, but allmost no privacy. Our room was located right next to the household kitchen, so we could hear everything (dishwasher, blender, talk in the kitchen, people moving around). Also we had to go through the kitchen to reach the bathroom… The dinner and breakfast was also a bit overpriced for the value…"
