Hobbit Hollow House is a turn of the nineteenth century Colonial Revival farmhouse located in beautiful Skaneateles, NY, the Gateway to the Finger Lakes. Our property offers spectacular views of our own White Birch Vineyards and Skaneateles Lake, known worldwide for its unspoiled beauty. In addition to vineyard and lake views, our guest rooms overlook colorful meadows, rolling hills and Hobbit Hollow Farm's beautiful barn and horse stables.
Hobbit Hollow House features six elegant and comfortable guest rooms, each uniquely appointed with well-crafted furniture and amenities that will make your stay more enjoyable, such as gas fireplaces, private porches and whirlpool tubs.
