"The house was adorable! No matter what fun thing we had planned our 3 kids just wanted to go back to the house. We caught bass and a carp off the dock, swam and paddle boarded around the lake. We went in mid July during an unseasonably hot week. The air conditioner is a large unit in the dining room, not central air. And it just couldn't keep up with the heat. It was typically 80 in the house when we got back at the end of the day. Highs were getting into the upper 90's. We used the two box fans at night and that helped a lot. I'm glad there was some air conditioning because it didn't even occur to me check that the house had it until a few days before our trip.We would stay here again. The house had everything you needed for a relaxing, easy vacation."

"Cute cozy cottage. We stayed for 9 days, pet friendly & the fenced in yard was great. Very clean & the furniture was comfortable. Perfect location to explore the keweenaw peninsula. It had all of the amenities we could have asked for. The host was very nice. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future!"

"The little details made this stay absolutely amazing! We booked one night at a *very* reasonable rate to avoid setting up camp on our property in the dark and it was the perfect romantic kickoff for our week. The outdoor space with the fairy lights and bug tent really makes this property"

"This cottage/home is in such a beautiful location....nice and quiet and has everything one would need for a relaxing vacation away from the chaos of daily life. The kayaks and paddleboard are such a wonderful perk allowing a paddle out to the beautiful Point. The lagoon is spectacular especially at sunset! The fact that it is pet friendly allowed us to bring our beloved dog who we consider a part of our family---she enjoyed a dip in Lake Superior several times!! And the wifi hookup allowed us to check work emails while away. Grab a book and enjoy! We did! AND....will be back to make many more cherished family memories!! PS--Even the 17 yr old didn't mind NOT having a TV......AMAZING!!! Oh yeah, and another thing....sunset at Brockway Mountain. SO BEAUTIFUL!!!"
