"Surprisingly it was GREAT !!! Very friendly people thru out. A good personality OWNER. Watches things himself to make sure customers are well taken care of. Property is clean. Good garden to enjoy a scenic view in the sun. May be a little far from the city center, but an excellent place for vacations in Skardu and around. Food is unbelievable. All things tasted like any 3-4 star hotels in big cities. Service is top notch too. All thumbs up !! "

"I didn’t stay at this hotel because it was very dirty. Pictures are not accurate. I walked out after seeing two rooms. Paint was coming out from the walls, place was stinking, bed sheets had bugs in it. First they couldn’t find my reservation. I had to struggle with the owner about that. Second, they showed me rooms and there is no way I could have stayed at this dirty place. Owner didn’t even offer to reimburse my money. "The property is close to the airport, away from the hustle and bustle of Skardu town. Ideally located as a base for excursions in the area. Management and staff are very attentive, hospitable and kind. They always tried to go over and above. Traditional food was tasty, just be clear about how spicy you like it. Electricity seems to be a local problem but they have an inverter/generator and that kicks in when electricity cuts out. That is an area wide problem in this part part of Pakistan but not so bad. We enjoyed our stay here and the staff even picked some cherries for us from the trees around us in the compound. Would recommend it and you must visit Skardu and the surrounding beautiful areas:"
