"Beim Eintreffen ins Haus, mussten wir feststellen, dass sich das Haus in einem ungereinigten Zustand befand. Der Fußboden war stark verschmutzt, Im Besenschrank befand sich Abfall. Hinzu kam, dass die Matratzen, Topper sowie Oberbett und Kissen mit sämtlichen Körperflüssigkeiten übersät waren. Sie waren für uns derart ekelhaft und unbenutzbar. Das galt für alle 6 Betten. Ebenso stellten wir fest , dass die vorhandenen Sitzmöbel stark durchgesessen, verdreckt und somit längst entsorgt gehörten....

"Desværre var pool lukket og vi var ikke oplyst om dette hverken ved bookning eller indtjekning. Vi valgte dette ophold netop fordi der var pool på stedet. Ellers havde vi valgt en anden destination. Men huset var ganske fint og lå dejligt med god udsigt. "

"Wir haben den grandiosen Blick auf die sich täglich anders zeigende Ostsee genossen. Die Lage, für interessante Bike Touren, war für uns perfekt. Wir haben ein sauberes Haus vorgefunden und bei der Ausstattung nichts vermisst. Allerdings ist App für das Deutsche Fernsehen ist nervig. Mein Tipp wäre Laptop sowie HDMI oder USB Kabel mitnehmen, an den Fernseher anschließen und die volle Auswahl an Programmen über WLAN nutzen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Haus genossen und empfehlen es weiter."

"Da alles sehr verschmutzt war, Terrassentür nicht zu öffnen ist, Panoramascheiben im Poolbereich größenteils zugeklebt sind, alles sehr ungeplegt ist, keine Abrechnung der Kaution bis heute. Ein totaler Reinfall."

"Sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Grundstück, gemütliche Unterkunft, die gerne sauberer hätte sein können. Haus- und Recyclingmülleimer waren voll und sind nicht "abgeholt" worden, Abfluss im Badezimmer war verstopft und sorgte für leichte Überflutung im Bad. Informationen zur Bedienung der Elektrogeräte und sonstige Nutzungshinweise (Pool, Heizung) waren nicht vorhanden. Vermieter war nur schwer zu erreichen und konnte letztlich nicht weiterhelfen."

"Der Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus war der Horror. Das Haus verdreckt , wir fanden als erstes Reste vom Vormieter im Kühlschrank. Der Holzboden war im Wohnbereich kaputt ( Verletzungsgefahr ) an den Fliesen am Kamin standen große Schrauben raus. Im Bad und Wohnzimmer sämtliche Krabbeltiere unterwegs. Betten voller Urin und Blutflecken. Ich konnte so weiter machen mit meinen Aufzählungen, das würde aber den Rahmen sprengen. Fotos davon gibt es genügend von uns. Das schlimme ist Novasol. Kein...

"Es hat uns gut gefallen! Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und hell. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich. Gut ist das mit den "Kleiderschränken" in den Schlafzimmern geregelt. Nach Moesgard, Århus und zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Leider waren wir im Februar da, bei ca. 3°C Außentemperatur. Die Wärmepumpe hat es nicht geschafft eine angenehme Raumtemperatur zu schaffen und auch mit Kamin war es schwierig, also lieber eine wärmere Jahreszeit aussuchen. "Wir sind zusammen mit einer befreundeten Familie gereist und waren leider trotz der schönen, ruhigen Lagen und der tollen Terrasse enttäuscht, dass man so wenig Liebe und Hingabe in die Verwaltung des Hauses steckt. Wir sind wahrlich nicht penibel, aber es lag keine richtige Geundreinigung vor (Ofen und Fenster verdreckt, Spinnenweben in den Ecken), die Lampen von zwei Zimmern gingen nicht und auch die Dunstabzugshaube war defekt.
