"The first thing noticed when arriving at the hotel were several (homeless? ) people in the parking lot. I know that this is a wide spread issue. The receptionist assured me that it was safe so we stayed. Dinner at the adjoining restaurant was disappointing in that my wife's dinner was forgotten. The shower did not work. The hot water valve would only turn with no result. Surly the cleaning staff should us hot water when cleaning the shower?. Breakfast was very good, with the omelet station a treat. I will not stay there again."
