The room had a lot of dirty marks, very old and outdated and could do with painting. Outside the front of the hotel there were two overflowing bins which were still there when we left. As soon as you walked into the hotel the floor was dirty. When we looked out of our room there was a big pile of rubbish bags at the bottom of the car park. Went for breakfast and had to clear plates off the table onto another table, because every vacant table had dirty plates on. The glass door to the dining room was covered in hand prints for the duration of our stay. Didn't have breakfast the second day.
On first inpression dark entrance dirty dining room glass doors and mirror. Up stairs banister needed a good dusting. Into bed room no bin in b room and bathroom one had no insert. No protective stuff on beds and pillows. Stuff under beds and plenty of dust. This is not a hotel nor a b an b as they rent rooms out for the homeless. They were lovely pleasantl people who spoke. Dont fancy taking up weed as we got enough through the window. Doors banging at all times. If i hadnt already paid we would have moved not worth the 180.00 for 4 nights.table clothes were bed sheets and not changed. Tom and bean juice still on.
I chose this hotel because of the good reviews I read but I was very disappointed. The room was dusty and the bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned since it was last used in summer last year. Upon entering the room I called the receptionist attention to the show him the broken television and he promise to have a maintenance sort. I showed him the dirty bathroom, windows and tables but he insisted that they were cleaned prior to us coming. Throughout our stay no one came sort the tv. I could not bath my children in that dirty bathroom, it had black mild around the edges and corners of the glass shower door and very dry tough soap marks all over the glass. I found a supermarket near by and purchase cleaning agents for the bathroom. We used a whole bottle of spray left it for an hour and it still was not enough. We had to purchase another bottle of spray. I bought air fresher for the room just to get rid of the stale air scent. We had to leave the one window open for the whole time we were there just to have some fresh breeze come in. The fridge in the room was dirty, we cleaned too as we needed for the kids juice and things. There was a standing fan with dirt so thick you could plant tomatoes in the blades. I had keep a positive mind and put on a brave face just so the kids could enjoy their little holiday. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. The breakfast served looks good but I was afraid to eat it, I couldn't trust that it was cleaned. Disappointed!
Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out already at 10 am, which would suggest that the room should at least be clean. Nothing could be further from the truth. Luckily, at least (and probably only) the bed linen in this room was washed and fresh — otherwise we would have done what other guests did and simply left.
The carpet was dirty, and the only bedside lamp in the room was filthy and covered in cobwebs. A hole where the window handle should have been was stuffed with paper. The shower and sink clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned for months. There was mould in the shower mixed with grime. The cabinet above the toilet was barely attached to the wall and completely useless at the angle it was hanging.
The TV was basically unusable — it was hard to find any channels, and when something finally appeared, there were constant issues. And the sockets… in the entire room, the only working outlets were for the kettle and the TV, plus two behind the headboard. When I tried to plug in the bedside lamp, I was afraid my hand would get stuck between dirt and cobwebs… So charging a phone was quite a challenge.
The parking is a joke, and the yard itself is full of rubbish.
The man who checked us in might have been nice, but if he’s the owner, he has absolutely no idea how to run a business! This is a place I will never return to and will never recommend to anyone.
The price was okay — no one expected luxury for that amount — but come on, cleanliness is the absolute minimum!!!
The parking on site was inadequate you had to move to let people out The room we booked through Expedia and read The Reviews not one review was True . someone from Expedia shud visit The place and see for your selves my wife found a cigarette but in The bed we complained about it to the manager all he said we have a no smoking policy The window in The room was broken There was a fist hole in The Bathroom Door The shower didn't get hot I was stood in the Shower waiting for the water to get hot and the cold water came over the top of the shower Tray There was a large crack in the Bathroom Wash Basin The shower ceiling was covered in Black mould The Extractor fan in the Bathroom and The ajasent rooms was That noisey and was running all night The mattress on The Bed was covered in stains a the taps in the shower was wedged to the wall with a shower gell bottle and I've got pictures to show all That was wrong I am looking to claim a full Refund from yourselves as. The place is Disgusting and it wasnt just my opinion all the other gests said the same Things please get back to me regarding A refund as I will Take this further Kevin Pratt
Found a bed bug on my neck as getting into bed (didn't know what it was at the time, since identified thru Google). Woke up feeling as if been bitten several times across back and neck. Bed linen was at least clean.
General state of room was poor with repairs done to a low standard. Shower door didn't cost properly into its frame.
Didn't try breakfast as didn't have time.
Highly recommended, beautiful rooms, beautiful breakfast, you wont find nicer staff anywhere!! Stayed here quite a few times, this time we have extended our stay
There was a lack of cleanliness in the room there was mold, hairs stuck to the wall near the bed, curtains had all different stains on them, the walls were dirty, the bathroom had hairs all over the shower, the bed covers had stains, there were dust all on the head rests above the bed, the staff tried to clean it but it still looked the same after.
Not clean at all, first thing. Inside draws was filthy, no mattress or pillow protectors, mattress stained and filthy, walls and units filthy. Curtains hanging of the rails. Suspicious stains on wall behind headboard. Stains inside of the bath. Tiles no grouted properly. Floorboards creeked. Outside door sensor light in main hall way came on ever time you walked to the bathroom. Net curtains hanging on by a thread. Door wouldn’t shut to the bathroom, you had to lift it and pull it to the left to close it properly. Every time you flushed the toilet there was a loud noise when the water was filling back up. Bed broke, headboard broke and the worst sleep ever. Mould in bathroom. Main hall way smelt like fish. Staff were ok when we saw them. Carpet was torn in the bedroom. Hotels in Blackpool are a better standard.
Room very basic could do with some new pillows as was quite flat
Was a smell of weed sometimes

Room was ok. Apparently they accommodate homeless people. This was very evident with the bouse of people shouting to ithers through their room walls, banging on walls. All males aporox 5, shouting etc. A nale entered ny bedromm just after midnight, using nt door code. As a lone female traveller I was petrifued and fod not sleep for the rest of the evening, as the maoes wrre in and out of each others rooms using the codes and at any moment I thought someone was gping to come into my room again. Absolutely awful.
The room was very dated, and very small. Took me 10 minutes to get the shower to the right temperature, and water pressure very poor. The view outside the only window where the car park was, was terrible, litter all over the place, and in an enclosed area was a very big pile of rubbish, was an eyesore and disgusting.

The hotel was ok but the noise and the people running up and down was unacceptable , I understand this is outside your control but the manager was in house and did not stop this,
The room was in the basement and cold as a meat locker. Desk staff had to bring a portal heater. No control on temps as system is automated to run for a bit and then shut off. Tiny room with terrible beds. Lift out of order. We had a family emergency and had to leave early and they refused to give a refund (as was prepaid) even though the front desk staff said they'd do what Expedia said / asked.

Got to stay 4 day's and is November time , must say the room was kept quiet warm especially at nights that the temperature dropped.
Over all had a good experience with very helpful staff.
The was breakfast included on my stay but i was too lazy to get up in the mornings 😁 , but the option was there if i wanted.
I do raccomend this hotel. Is good value for money.
