The room was fine, position was near the front so didn’t have to go far to get to the main strip. Breakfast was fabulous the bacon and sausage were cooked to perfection, and all of it was hot,you could also have cereal and yogurt,also vegetarian if you prefer.Linda and Rob were lovely very friendly, couldn’t fault anything. Will definitely be returning.👍

The room had poo on the wall and could do with a good pains and clean the sink was all dirty the room was small the bathroom was a cupboard size could barely move no staff all night there a hour away so if there was an emergency, they won’t be there on time But breakfast was lovely that it

Weekend away

Very pleasant stay, we had a small issue but once known it was sorted immediately. Breakfast was excellent I would recommend this B and B to everyone.

Owners very pleasant and lovely breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. The room could with another double electric socket( you have to unplug tv or kettle to plus bed side lamps in) and the sink hot and cold water were a bit of a trickle at times. Maybe an instruction sheet as to get the best results from using the shower may help future guests? Overall a pleasant few days

Sherwood Comfy & Convenient

We arrived at The Sherwood in Skegness late August 2025. We were able to park easily on the front area. It is situated straight across from Tower Gardens and so convenient for almost everything any person could need. We received clear instructions how to enter the secure front entrance door. Our ground floor room was a delight, so clean and roomy, ideal for anyone with mobility issues, and very quiet. Our wonderful hosts “Linda & Rob” greeted us for an appetising breakfast. They are so friendly, considerate and caring we felt so relaxed. We had a really enjoyable holiday there.

Access when we got there was easy using a coded front door, with the room (No3) being at the front gave us a great view of the Park opposite .Room size was ok for the few nights we were there. Breakfast - V good, fresh cooked full English was banging. We would use again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept so well in the bed. The location is close to the beach and boardwalk so it's very convenient. The only complaint is the shower is tiny so be prepared (haha).

Room was small. TV miniscule (about 14 inches).Bathroom 4foot X 3foot.Shower cubicle 2ft 6inch square. all in all not value for money - Premier Inn lots better and cheaper!
