"On arrival the outside was nothing like the photo .The main apartment door looked like it had been attempted to be broke into there was no balcony. There was a large cupboard which had broken locks on also like it had been broken into . Because of the security issue and feeling unsafe we ended up leaving not long after our arrival vwry disappointed"

"Lovely place to stay right in the heart of Skegness everything in walking distance, apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay ground floor is great for disabled access. Met the owners whilst coming out looking very couple will do anything to help, thank you for a lovely stay we will be back :-) x"

"Overall a nice compact apartment. Heating came on during the day but bathroom had no heating and was cramped for simplest of tasks eg hand sink in a tight space otherwise a lovely, cosy apartment"

"We arrived with the wrong door combination but luckily someone met us and let us in. The Wi-fi wasn't the correct one but no one got back to us. The tv in the living room has a smashed screen (again no answer). The tv in one bedroom was not connected to an aerial or cable and there was no tv in the small bedroom. "The woman that owns and manages the property is so nice. The place is very old school looking but they are slowly renovating it one at a time. Despite this it was really homely feeling and actually we really liked the fact it didn’t just look like a hotel. We will be back next year "
