"Clean. The owner/manager was often not at the desk, nor anybody. He did not give us a guest card (gives discounts on lifts, etc) upon arrival and when we went several times to the desk to try to get one, there was no one there."

"The hotel is well located, an easy walk into Andermatt. The room was spacious, the bathroom was a squeeze. Breakfast was pretty lack lustre with a few pastries, cereal and ham/cheese. Unfortunately there were a lot of flies on the food which was out (the pastries, bread, cheese, ham) The check-in was a pain, would it hurt to have keys... Expensive for what it was. But clean"
