The villa is situated on a plot of land approximately 4200 square metres. The land slopes down from the main gates to the Aegean sea and our private jetty.
The internal accomodation is split over 2 floors, there are also 2 pergolas, for outside dining (28 square metres) and an outside lounge ( 30 square metres).
The design is modern and minimalist, double glazed windows and tiled floors throughout. Fujitsu air conditioning, electronic safe and Smart T.V. in every bedroom. All bedrooms feature smoked mirrored wardrobes, plenty storage, Egyptian quality bed linen and towels.
