"Lovely experience at the Axel Guldsmeden hotel. The facilities are very clean and have a casual chic design aesthetic. The pillow menu is a wonderful benefit. I slept very well after I found the perfect pillow. The spa facilities are tranquil and maintained to a very high standard. I look forward to staying there again soon."

"Room was very pleasant and cozy, basic but clean with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed. Staff were helpful but unobtrusive. Everything is well organized and efficient. And the price is most reasonable by Copenhagen standards. I read some bad reviews before coming, which worried me but my advice is to ignore them. I was there for 9 nights and was relaxed, comfortable and content."

"Apparently we were upgraded. So instead of a double bed that I booked we were given a twin room with beds pushed together. The room was small even though we were told it was bigger than the room booked. This I didn’t believe but as it included access to the 12th floor lounge we decided not to query it and go with the flow instead. A bottle of Cava was given to us on arrival too which was nice as it was our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay. "
