"No amenities not even a water bottle or coffee in the room. Construction work across a one lane street was noisy. A conscience hotel would post it is in a Construction Zone. Strawberry’s Comfort Xpress established that its personnel will lie to get business, and the price gouge lodgers. Reserved at $139/night. I was then told there were NO rooms available for an extra night. Suddenly, an extra appeared (actually the Xpress was mostly empty as a fire alarm prove). The charge for one extra night was $305!! At check in I was told the rate would be a little higher…Right, more than Double."

"Room is very truly clean. Location is 6 minutes from Oslo Central station... Easy for food. Wifi is fast at lobby area but not in the room"

"The property exceeded our expectations; the only issue was the check-in. I would highly advise getting the lock code before you arrive and not count on the phone app to unlock the door. The office closed at 5, we arrived at 6 and there was no one around to help us. Luckily, we found the number for security, and they were able to get the code for us, and the problem was solved"

"Actually due to health problem i was not able to travel and ask the hotel if they can change my dates or give me a refund which they refuse. Also asked to get a receipt that i did not stay at the hotel and they refused to give me and told me to see with expedia. Thats very unfortunate. Expedia told me to contact hotel directly. And i also have proof about my admission at the hospital which they did not even consider."

"Amazing location. Wasn't aware there's free washing machine facility that was super convenient. Very helpful staff. Dining options are limited with one option to dine at the hotel, or take away from pizzeria about 10mins walk / Pick up from kiwi store. Also found another takeaway away at Osthorn for one of the nights, pizzeria was not open during our stay."
